The Big Picture of 1 Samuel (Women)
This fall, Pastor Cody and Adam will resume our sermon series on the book of 1 Samuel. You're invited to a workshop-style gathering where we'll explore the big picture of 1 Samuel—seeking to understand its main message and draw out key applications for our lives. Our local church is full of saints who bring unique perspectives, fears, strengths, weaknesses, and hopes to the Sunday morning gathering (1 Thess. 5:14). One way we believe we can better shepherd the flock God has entrusted to us is by seeking feedback and input on the front end of our preaching.
Our hope is that it helps us all grow in confidence reading, applying, and even memorizing the Bible—for yourself and with others.

Christmas Music Night
You're invited to a Christmas-themed music night & open house on Wednesday, December 18, from 7:30 PM to 10:00 PM. Musicians are welcome to bring instruments and share any Christmas songs they'd like to try. Whether you want to sing or simply listen, everyone is welcome! Kids can enjoy a kid-friendly Christmas movie and toys in the basement.
Come for the whole evening or drop by for a few songs. If you can, please bring a holiday appetizer, beverage, or dessert to share!

Kids Christmas Cookie Decorating
LBC Kids, you are invited to the Ziel’s home on December 15 at 1:30 pm to decorate Christmas cookies! We will spend the afternoon throwing sprinkles and sugar on snowmen and reindeer, and attaching an invitation to LBC's Christmas Eve service so the kids can give the cookies to neighbors and friends.
